Dining

Food, of course, plays an important part of life on campus, and Mount Holyoke offers a wide variety of eating options. Dining Services offers a comprehensive board program in six residence halls, including two with outdoor dining by the lake in season, and seven continental breakfast locations. Students can also eat lunch and dinner in the Blanchard Campus Center, which offers brick-oven pizzas, soups, sandwiches, salads, and ice cream. Lunch is also served in the Atrium Café in the Science Center's Kendade Hall, and there’s even a Grab ’n’ Go option—bag lunches for students on the go.

Vegetarian and vegan options are available at every lunch and dinner in the College’s dining centers. In addition, Mount Holyoke is one of a handful of American colleges that provide for the dietary needs of observant Jews and observant Muslims with a kosher/halal dining room.

Rao’s, an Internet café located in Williston Library, offers “fair trade” coffee, other hot and cold beverages, snacks, and fresh pastries.

Uncommon Grounds in the Blanchard Campus Center offers cappuccino, espresso, latte, mocha, as well as smoothies and freshly baked bagels, pastries, and desserts.
