New attachment removal system for files over 5MB

In order to provide the best service to our community, we have taken action to improve the performance of the email system.  Any email attachments over the size of 5 megabytes will be separated from messages and the attachment stored on another server for you to access.  Links to these “stripped attachments” will be automatically inserted at the bottom of your email messages that provide direct access to the stripped attachments.  The link names will be obscure, hiding the name of the attachment for privacy reasons.  Overall, this new email system change will save space with user quotas as well as improve the speed at which the email system runs.
