Obtain an MHC Account
Faculty and Staff Accounts are created automatically when you are hired. Human Resources sends a request to the Account Manager, and as soon as the hiring process is complete your account will be generated. Within the first week of hire, you need to stop by the Information Commons with your One Card to pickup your account password. Before you come in for your password, should call the LITS Help Desk (413-538-2600) to confirm that your account is set up and your password is ready for you to pickup.

Student Accounts are automatically generated when new student information is received from the Registrar's office. If you are unable to sign-in to services that require your MHC login, please contact the help desk at x2600 or visit the Information Commons with your One Card.
Reset Your MHC Account Password
If you lose, forget, or need to have your account password reset, please stop by the Information Commons during business hours with your One Card.
If you are off campus and need to have the password to your computer account reset, you must submit your request to us in writing. Be sure to include the following:
- Your username
- Full name (as it appears on our college records)
- Two copies of a photo ID
- A self-addressed stamped envelope (so that we can mail you your account information)

Please note that our security policy does not allow us to communicate about account information via email.
Change Your MHC Account Password
- Log into MHC Webmail.
- Go to the webshell section.
- Select the a link on the left to change your password.
