Orientation Board
Orientation is an exciting time for everyone involved. As a Board Member you will have an opportunity to help plan and coordinate the events that happen during fall and spring orientation. You will work closely with the Office of the Associate Dean of the College/Dean of Students to select orientation leaders, plan and facilitate leader training and play a crucial role when the new students arrive on campus.
There is a tremendous amount of work involved that will require a large commitment on your part. Planning takes place throughout the year and your time commitment the week before Orientation (generally the last week of August and last week of January) is critical.
If you are a first-year student or sophomore who is looking for a great way to get to know other students and take on a leadership role in our community, then O-Board is for you.
Please take a moment to print out the application and submit the completed form to the Office of the Associate Dean of the College/Dean of Students at 300 Mary Lyon Hall. Applications are due by February 27, 2008.
