Learning Disabilities (LD) and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)

Mount Holyoke is committed to supporting students diagnosed with a learning disability and attention deficit disorder. The Associate Dean for Learning Skills is available to talk with prospective students, as well as students currently enrolled, about concerns they have involving a possible learning disability or about a diagnosed learning disability. He is available to help students register under the Americans with Disabilities Act, obtain reasonable accommodations under the law, and develop skills towards independence and academic success. He can also help advocate for the student with faculty and staff.
