Students on Leave

Once leave plans become final with the Dean of the College's office, the student forfeits her space in the residence hall. If a student who plans to go on leave changes her mind, housing is not guaranteed. She will be placed on a waiting list.

Students on leave for the year should give the Office of Residential Life in writing the name of a proxy (the person who has her permission to make decisions for her during lottery). Students planning on returning in the spring do not need a proxy; housing information will be sent to them. Students should notify the office in writing of any address changes and/or current contact information.
