Mount Holyoke Student Bills have Gone Green!
The eBill is here

Students view their bills through the On-line AR Account Activity and eBill link in ISIS.  Students are able to enroll parents or other authorized users they want to have access to log in and view and pay the bills.  Online payment options are available as well.  Students should never give their ISIS username and password to anyone to view the bill.  Students must set up authorized users with a separate login and password.  See the frequently asked questions for detailed instructions.

  • By moving the bills on line, we reduce paper, allow viewing access by parents and others authorized by the student, speed up the delivery process, and reduce postage costs.
  • Students add authorized users by identifying a login, email address and password.  Once enrolled, the other authorized users will be emailed a link and directed to log in and change the password.  After confirming enrollment, parents and sponsors will receive the email notification whenever there is a bill ready to be viewed.  Students can also disable authorized users.
  • When the bill is ready for viewing (early in each month), students will receive an email directing them to log into ISIS and redirected to CASHNet to view the eBill.  Other authorized users enrolled by the student will receive an email with the url link to the CASHNet login page.
  • Students and authorized users will also have ePayment options, including ACH and MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards (VISA will not be accepted).
  •  In addition to paying online, students or authorized users may print the e-bill to send along with a check or enroll in a payment plan with TuitionPay.

The bill is the student's responsibility and, as such, emails will be sent to the student when her eBill is ready for viewing.  Students have the option to authorize access for anyone else assisting with payment of the bill.

The bill for tuition, room, board, and mandatory fees is available online approximately three weeks before the payment deadline. Payment in full is expected by the payment deadline.

Campus charges such as campus store and health center charges will be included on the bill as they occur.  Payment is due at the end of each month. To be eligible to pre-register for classes, participate in room selection or to receive a degree, diploma, or transcript, students must pay all bills in full.

Bills must be paid by the due date to avoid late charges. All students are expected to regularly check their email accounts for bill notification and notices regarding missing documents and financial holds, and ISIS Account Activity to verify charges and credits.  The student's MHC email is the official notification for eBill.  Students should check their spam filters and mailbox limits to make sure they can always accept email from sfs@mtholyoke.edu.  Students are responsible for payment by the due date, even if email notification isn't received.  Even without email notification students can review bills through ISIS and track account activity through ISIS as well.

Check your Account Activity on ISIS.
