CBL Mentor

CBL mentors operate in the context of a specific course. Their primary responsibility is to assist the course instructor in carrying out the CBL component of the class. Other duties involve reporting to the CBL office and maintaining accurate records. Mentors may be asked to monitor CBL sites in the field and attend class to provide in-class support such as leading CBL-related reflections. Previous experience in a CBL course is preferred. Apply online here.

Community Fellow

The community fellow’s duties and projects will be determined by the needs of her assigned community agency in conjunction with her interests, skills, and experiences. Participating community-based organizations work in the fields of economic development, housing, adult education, after school programs, child care, health care, and environmental justice. Other duties involve keeping accurate records, reporting to the CBL office, and writing summaries of projects. Apply online here.
